Creekside apartments are spacious one and two bedroom, one bath units. Our units feature carpet and tile flooring, sliding glass doors onto a private deck, refrigerator, range, garbage disposal, washer and dryer connections, cable connections, gas water heater, individually controlled gas heat and air conditioning, covered entry porches, front door parking and an on- site maintenance/manager 24 hours per day.
Rental rates are $600 to $700 per month. A security deposit of $475 is required. Pets are allowed with a $275 non refundable pet deposit.
