Howard St. Apartments
Thirty two-bedroom apartments located adjacent to ASU campus two blocks from the ASU Post Office. Each 800- plus square foot apartment has a spacious living room separated from the kitchen/dining area by a waist-high partition. The kitchen includes an electric range,refrigerator, washer and dryer with dining/study booth built-in under a hanging lamp.
The front bedroom opens directly off of the living room, a vanity area with sink and make-up lighting is also off the living room; the bath and second bedroom open off the vanity. Each bedroom has a spacious closet/ storage area.
Each apartment is wired for telephone and cable, many for high-speed internet connection. You may have additional connections installed at your expense. Electric baseboard heat is controlled by a thermostat in every room for economy. Water,sewer and trash pickup are included in the rent. Parking permits are provided for up to two vehicles per unit.
No pets allowed.
All leases are for one year, usually beginning in August. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required to hold an apartment, as brief written application. Your deposit is returned after your lease is up and you leave your apartment in good condition. Subletting is allowed upon approval by the property manager. Rent for one or two tenants is $700per month payable on the first of the month.
University Apartments
Nine one-bedroom units, three-two bedroomunits, and two separate small houses are located adjacent to ASU campus just up the hill from Kidd Brewer Stadium. Each apartment has a spacious living room with a fully equiped kitchen/dining area and a bathroom with large vanity area and a tub. Upstairs apartments have generous wooden decks overlooking the campus and Howard's Knob.
Each bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet/storage area, a coat closet and another closet with shelves. There is an on-site laundry room on the lower level with two new coin-operated washers and dryers.

Pets are allowed. There is a $200 non-refundable Pet Fee due at the start of the lease.
